Cant play online?

Subscribed through ea play pro yesterday to play f1 25 and i just get communicating with online services stuck top left, can play single player perfectly, connection perfect, doesn't seem to be anything on my end but cant connect to online to play with friends, when i try going online with the communicating to online services message the game then freezes!!!! Also downloaded F1 24 just to see if it was just F1 25 causing the issue but f1 24 crashed before i could get to the menu. My computer is capable of running these games, my connectivity is completely fine but when loading on to f1 25 it says communicating with online services and doesn't connect at all, it has to be something with my ea account but i also played the F1 25 trial on ps5 completely fine so i have run out of ideas on how to fix this?? Why cant i get online!? I am trying to play this on pc btw.
