ERS in Professional Career Mode BROKEN

Hi, today I was playing Professional Career Mode, and during the race, the ERS was malfunctioning. It's as if it were on automatic mode (I have it in manual mode). It ran well throughout the race weekend, reacting to the mode I selected. During the race, I select overtaking, and it doesn't unload, only on some straights, as if it were in automatic mode. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a solution?
