F1 25 constantly showing low connection symbol

Near to the end of F1 24 and now carrying over into F1 25 my game has constantly been showing that I am connecting to online services aswell as the low connection symbol continuously showing up on the right hand side of my screen I have done various wifi tests including the EA speed test and everything is saying I have incredibly fast wifi, additionally in the online lobbies before loading in I constantly have 4 full green bars so I cannot spot the issue, it was happening on my xbox series x and i have now switched onto my very high performance PC with no change, I do not have any wifi issues on any other game additionally any EA games such as FIFA and APEX so im really seeking some help because its ruining my experience making the game unplayable
