Manual Short Shifting when in Automatic Mode

Hi guys :)

Im a disabled (Tetraplegic) Simracer and I got a problem. Normally I use a webcam, opentrack, vjoy and JoyroKey for manual shifting with my Head motions.... BUT Ea won´t let me start F1 25 when JoytoKey is open. So Im already forced to Automatic shifting.....

So, when Im accelerating out of a corner I´d like to shift up manually. THIS is actually working. BUT, when I shift up by my self, the Game instant shift back down to the gear it was before I manually shifted up.....

Is it possible to change that somehow or is ikt possible for u guyys to change or stop this behavor?
