OSD (on screen display) issue.

Anybody else having big issues with where they can and can't move the various heads up displays? Most of the displays i want to move i simply can't, as that's whereever they are stock is where they default to. 

Never had this issue on previous games, it's very odd that all of a sudden some things have to be way out of my eye-line and such, as i use cockpit view lol.

I hope i'm not the only one with this issue.
