Perma showing "comunicating with online services"

Hi,

i am having problem with perma showing the "comunicating with online services". Game is on steam.

It never goes out and i cant join or add friends, as it does not allow me to... but if i join someone trough steam i just can play normally... but not everyone is on steam, so just please tell me how to fix it.. adding photos 

Its showing me that from around that time, when ive changed EA password, because it made me to do it.

Ive tried to unlink and link the acc, but didnt fix it..

Dunno what do to, but am kinda pissed... i am in a league and cant play!!
