are you talking about breaking point game mode?
No, if I remember correctly then ironically I think you could actually skip most of the cutscenes in the story-driven story mode, but none of the cutscenes or tutorials in the driver career or my team career modes.
I am specifically talking about the "grid reveal", "new team unveiling" and other mini-cutscenes relating to driver negotiations ect, all of which are unskippable, even in two player career mode.
