It hasn’t been in my games.
Yeah, I saw someone mention that they get it when they're first in the train behind the safety car (but not P1). Possibly something about having other cars between you and the SC confused the game, I'm not sure.
So this happened this morning. I was in the pits when the SC deployed. I followed it out and was held behind it for a little while despite being P3. It then released me and picked up the leader when he came around and I slotted 2 cars behind him.
But when a backmarker sat between the leader and me in Imola, the back marker was not allowed to unlap.
Thanks for the confirmation. Weird that it's partially implemented. I guess I'll file a bug report, hopefully they'll take a look at it.
