Suggestion : Hard Tyre Activation Window Setting

Greetings EA/everyone, 

There is an idea that I have come up with that could potentially improve races, especially when it comes to league racing. It is something that mimics how teams/drivers sometimes avoid using the hard tyre in a race in real life, which would also promote using the 2-stop strategy more.
