Thurstmaster t248 wheel issues

Hi I'm having issues with my wheel and game working together it's like my wheel will lose connection to my xbox. Making me unable to look back on track otherwise I will have big screen freeze. And also been teleported because of it! It's not driver able like this I'm!! using thurstmaster t248! The game is unplay for me with these issues
