Honestly its worth it, I think the issue is cars changing from testing to season start. Even race to race at times. I've only done 2 races so far due to issues on Moza etc but enjoyed them. Got it up and running properly today.

It's probably silly, but from my perspective, it really bothers me that not everything is 100% in order. Although if I'm going to have to wait three months, I'll just start playing now, I have no other choice.

Yeah, it's really tempting because it looks great, but it really bothers me not to have everything 100% right, and to release a DLC with a team using a fictional car... But if I'm going to have to wait three months, I might as well start playing now anyway.

Strange reason to not buy the DLC, I rarely give praise to EA but the DLC is great value.

I hate these regs of cars but this is a pretty good attempt, add in Madring, new team so recoding quali settings.

Teething problems like most games are released with (thank god there not on disc only) the game works relatively well. For me at £25 its a good way to get use to new era cars before F1 27 is released.

The "sports update" is what they usually call the big update that happens in September. That's when they make any changes to the cars bodywork and update the game with the latest F2 season.

Of course, with this year's game being a DLC they could do something different, but historically that's how things have worked.

How many sports updates are there?

And will the current F2 be added in those updates?

They have not announced a date yet. In previous years they normally update the cars in the "sports update" which usually comes out in September.
