Flashback Bug

I installed the game at launch and I’m having an issue with the flashback camera. When activated, it only shows the rear view of the car. It doesn’t allow me to switch to the cockpit camera. If I try to change the view, it only lets me use the distant car camera. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the issue persists.
