”Involuntary head movement when braking and accelerating in VR”

What exactly is ”Involuntary head movement when braking and accelerating in VR”?

This appeared in the first patch notes, and now also appears as Awaiting Patch in the Community Issues list.

But I play in VR and read the forums, and I've never heard of this issue. Certainly there is a problem in VR related to head movement, but it doesn't have anything to do with braking or accelerating. It can happen when stationary in the garage, or in some of the menus.

Is this just an inaccurate label for various VR issues? Or is there a separate braking/accelerating problem, which would mean that the other VR issues have not been acknowledged?
