Although I am not necessarily looking forward to some racing in Spain, I decided to put a thread up for the upcoming race. Spain is quite known for the difficulty of following around the track, which I don't think was improved with the change to the hairpin after the short DRS zone on the back straight.

The last two races haven't been too exciting, so hopefully this one has some unpredictable drama in it, as long as it doesn't make everyone argue against each other 😅

If you haven't seen some of the older highlights for a while, I definitely recommend them. It's somewhat refreshing to see the best parts of the race from years back, even just because of the differences in the drivers' and teams' performance

  • Miami was a snoozefest, so I don't see Spain as boring. Will be interesting to see any upgrades as it traditionally a track for it given the teams have the pre-season data to correlate.

Practice may well be indicative, but Ferrari always show strongly in those sessions. It's more interesting to see if Mercedes have the porpoising under control or if Miami was a fluke (they were still slower).

Anyone here who knows what other tracks will feature C1-C3? Depending on the track the bad C1 might cause us some nice multistop strategies.. Going by last year Zandvoort and Suzuka would be left and both could be potentially 2 or 3 stops then, gonna be interesting
