Summarize your bug The second driver in my team only receives ratings boosts for one race weekend instead of permanently.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team Career Mode
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play my team career mode and select activities which are meant to boost the ratings of your second driver permanently to see they are only added for one race, and then removed.
What happens when the bug occurs? See summary.
What do you expect to see? The second drivers ratings gradually rising as time goes on.
In previous games the ratings boosts that activities would give were permanent. Can we please get confirmation if this is a bug or intended new design @EA_Kent ?

Same issue here. I've been boosting my 2nd drivers stats as much as possible and they only last for the next race 💔
I have the exact same issue as well and from what I am seeing from friends and online this seems to be an all to common problem. In fact apart from the teammate not getting any changes to their stats, it is the whole roster of drivers that does not change. I have had multiple year long seasons and all of the drivers stats remain the exact same from when you first start.
Please can someone from EA or Codemasters confirm the design of how the 2nd driver stat upgrades are supposed to work in career mode?
I've just started a new My Team game on 1.08 and gave my 2nd driver stat upgrades with the first lot of Activities but after finishing the first race Bahrain, those increases were gone again and the only stat that has changed from the original stats is that focus went down 1 point probably due to crashing in the race and doing really badly. Is it a bug or are these increases just temporary for one race?
