A suggestion to include usable liveries in podium pass

Question

To be honest most of the liveries available in game are uninteresting for me. Either the paint job looks unrealistic, the numbers are fixed or no sponsor decals can be added. Furthermore, the missing option to add real or good looking sponsors or place them in a realistic manner is also not real appealing. I always use the advantage of PC players and use realistic mods. The only real outstanding one was the Audi one, that is a great addition (besides the fact, we have to run it with another engine in MyTeam, which makes it weird...) So currently the only reason for me to get them is them to get more slots to patch....

Why don`t you use a classic set of liveries in the podium pass? Why not spread some classic Lotus/Tyrrell/McLaren/Williams/Benetton/Renault/etc. liveries during that? That would be the 2nd best possibility after a real editor for us, at least from my perspective. It would prevent gettin PC Players banned, when attenting the weekly events (for podium pass XP) and would also enable console players running great liveries. It would also make online races with only cutom paints more intresting.

Just an idea, but it would make more sense for me to pay for such liveries instead of the barely realistic ones. Of course, this should also be for suits, teamcrew,helmet, etc.

@Radarkasten Getting classic liveries would require getting a license from which ever team used and owns it. Which take time and money: Its easier and cheaper just to give us what we get. Which tbh I can live with. But I do wish we could have more and better options to place sponsor decals: Including being able to add the official decals of which ever engine manufacturer you use.

Not to mention even if the sponsors are just made up names. They could at least make them look realistic.

@Radarkasten F1 life was an epic fail. I don’t think it will be returning. Also I don’t think F1 life clothes were ever intended for this game. I think they were for new NFS Unbound game. Which makes way more sense. I just think it was just bundled in with F1 22 as there has always been little in the way of micro transactions. And as we know developers do love they’re getting as much money as they can from their customers.

But you can be sure EA have their elite micro transaction division😂are hard at work finding something to replace it with for next years game.

Yes, that's true. Sponsor placement and looks are a great issue and the cars couId look much better. I would still prefer they would spend the money for f1life-hoodies and super cars elsewhere. Tracks of course would be better than liveries, let's see.
