@Meza994 I mean sure, EA provided funding this year, but let me ask you this...
Why would Codemasters make the best F1 game ever with F1 2020 and then follow up with the worst F1 game ever?
I liked F1 2021, otherwise I wouldn't have played 7 full seasons of My Team, but the way this game was made is nothing like F1 2020. It's basically "EA wanted to make Need for Speed, but they made F1", and you know how much today's NFS games are related to drifting. Also, I played it on a low difficulty setting because the AI were completely broken on almost every track, so I became Driver World Champion every time unintentionally.
Compared to this, F1 22 feels like racing LMPs in Gran Turismo 7, where you could full throttle through the sweeping turns in Sector 4 of Le Mans. With cars from F1 2021, I'm pretty sure you would spin out trying to full throttle any of these, and this makes absolutely no sense.
F1 Life is 100% an EA idea, sure. However, the way this game feels, the way the cars handle, it feels much more of a Codemasters game than last year, otherwise we would have all these problems from last year, and just five minutes in, I would have probably said that this was my last F1 game.
EA gave us good franchises like FIFA, Madden, and Need for Speed, but really, they should leave F1 to Codemasters. The last EA SPORTS F1 game before 2021 was almost 2 decades back, so they have no idea what to do in this day and age.
It's just my opinion, and you don't have to agree. I just don't like F1 2021 as much as every other F1 game prior. Like, even F1 2016 is better than F1 2021, and I didn't even play it because it's basically F1 2015, just with Career Mode, and with a lot more problems than 2015. This proves that even Codemasters makes mistakes, but they do it better for the next game, and 2016 and 2018 were such bad Codemasters F1 games in my book.

@LuckyNico92 Im not gonna enter this discussion deeply as its not really leading anywhere, F1 2020 is the best in your opinion and F1 2021 wasnt much worse, just had a bit more bugs and AI with too much grip at high load situations.. The cars were feeling better and actually more realistic except for a few kerbs etc... 2018 was much better IMO than 2019 and 2017.. F1 22 has more instability problems than F1 2021 which is not even something that can be discussed its just a fact..
And you were cursing EA for ruining the franchise since 5 minutes after you started to play F1 22 so just take a step back buddy and just enjoy the games🙂
