Added time to pit strategy for additional stops

@Meza994 Can I just say that I’ve seen some really bad suggestions and I’ve 2 of yours that are horrible 😂. This wouldn’t work at all and it’s not part of F1.

    @Clixx_kid Have you even understood what im talking about? Im talking about the strategy that is suggested to you by the game.. Not that you stand still in the pit box for 10 seconds🤣 The real F1 strategists are always calculating traffic into things (at least they try) yet the game doesnt..
