Suggestions would be to tell me your setup then we can look at what needs updating. Dxdiag etc.
It is the way it’s set up or everyone would have an issue with “1.12 wrecked my game “ they don’t, so what are the odds you are right?
1.12 didn’t wreck my game or make it do anything odd. It didn’t fix all the gameplay issues and I never asked for the window dressing but hey.
Your issue is likely setup because it’s a PC, too much received wisdom and not enough attention to proper configuration.
im not saying im right, im just saying my experience has changed since the update nothing was wrong before the update so maybe it is just my game,
