Did you testing how AI feeling in grand prix mode or single race ?
Unfortunately I didnt, maybe AI are damaged only in career mode .
I'm not sure if it's ers or top speed related. .. or maybe people are just playing outside there right ai level.
I just did f2 at Bahrain at my newly chosen ai level and had no trouble down straights other than a normal slipstream or Drs!
@Dan78lokiI suggest not inserting F2 into the discussion, their cars and physics are completely different. It muddies the waters. The issue is with the F1 cars.

I am gaining multiple tenths through corners, but getting butchered on the straights. Turning the AI down only increases this. The TC was fine in F1 2021, they need to get it closer to that. Medium TC is an instant spin on corner exit. Full TC makes it almost impossible to spin.
It would be ideal to have TC on a slider, or have off, 25%, 50% (medium), 75% and 100% (full).
The top speed issue emanates from the TC issue, which solved, should allow for top speed to be balanced a little and resolved.
I have tried every conceivable set up and it is still and issue on corner exit.
Note: using PS5 controller.- @Dan78loki The AI is completely useless in F2, you will see when you are in F1 if it does not correct the problem you will cry blood like us

we are still looking into your feedback about the straight line speed of AI drivers, and would like to get some more information from you to analyse it.
Could you please provide us the following details:
- Videos / Clips of sequences where you feel the AI has too much speed on a straight while you maybe use DRS / DRS+ERS / ERS and have no ability to catch the car in front.- What difficulty level did you use for your race?
- Which assists are you currently using?
