@Hansenhaus But if it is intentional, it adds realism to F1 gaming. A real example of a similar thing happened in yesterday's race. On lap 50, if I remember it right, Hamilton double shifted from 6 to 8, and then asked his race engineer to check whether everything was OK with the gearbox.
@Blackbird90 I feel like it is a bug. It started on lap one of the race. I checked for damage with the engineer and none was reported. I could see this happening mid way in a race or in a my team situation but this was in GP mode and I have never experienced that before. The only mechanical failure I rarely get hit with in GP mode is a stuck DRS flap.
