AI gaining Massive Speed on the straights

Okay I hear that there was an update that addressed AI straight line speed. I played on 81 difficulty last year. I’m not the best I know that but I am now playing on 64 and still struggling to complete practice program lap times. Please do something about this it’s just not fun for me and I’m sure I’m not alone. I’ve never been so frustrated playing an F1 game and I’m about to give it up.
A week or so ago the Greco developer guy in his q&a thread said there is an update coming that will better apply how torque is delivered through each gear. He didn’t go into details. But currently to much torque to early 1st-4th gear. My guess is the torque will be evened out so it will be easier accelerating out off corners and more torque going to gears 5-8 giving higher top end speeds
