AI gaining Massive Speed on the straights

I can’t believe they are still over looking this. Even when it tells me I am fastest in the speed traps etc. the AI have ridiculous straight line speed at most circuits. Takes a lot of fun out of the game

I don’t get it either.
There are multiple bugs that make this game unplayable but at least to me this is the main one.
