AI in Two-Player-Career

Hey,

is anybody having the same experience that the AI is straight up unusable in the Two-Player-Career? Me and my friend have made it to the Miami GP but every single race we have to make like 5-6 restarts because in the first laps we just get bulldozed by the AI. Its just like we are not there. I had the inside line on Miami in a left hand turn and was in front of Perez. What does he do? Turn straight into me even though I've left plenty of space. He damaged my sidepods and spins me around and the race is basically game over. And this happens every single freaking race. And of course, sometimes it potentially COULD BE our fault. But definitely not every time. Hell, I've been spun on the start finish straight on Miami by Magnussen because he just turned into me when we were approaching the breaking zone for Turn 1. I was on the outside. To further investigate this, I've started a single player race at Miami, same AI Difficulty (69) and whats that? First 4 laps super fair, extremely chill, nobody really turned into me and so on. Even had a few nice fights in the first 4 laps I just did. Haven't had a single one so far in the whole F1 season. And the above examples I mentioned were just about Miami. I'm freaking afraid of Monaco at this point. And this whole AI thing makes it unenjoyable for me. Hell I've even ragequitted and I'm super patient.

So, does anyone have the same experience? Does somebody know what the hell is going on? I've played F1 2019 with the same friend a few years back and we can't remember it being this bad.

    I agree that the AI are pretty aggressive in two-player career, but I think that's just how online AI is. I would also like them to be a bit fairer, however, I think a quick fix for the devs would be to add a restart button in two-player career. My brother and I also find ourselves restarting quite often (0-5 times each race), and it would be nice if we didn't have to exit to the main menu each time, if we restart 5 times it takes about 10 minutes before we're even on the second lap, just because of the loading time and such, while if I were to restart a race 5 times in single-player, it would probably take 3 minutes in total.

    I agree that the AI in two-player career should be fairer, but I also think adding a restart button would help a lot.

    @c0linL I've had to lower the AI to a ridiculously low level just to have a chance in co-op. I've noticed the AI seems somewhat aggressive though....
