AI not overlapping correctly after blue flag

Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Racing on MyTeam, AI set to 80. My car was so slow that I was being overlapped, I received a blue flag, drive out of the racing line so they can pass me . But the AI car went behind my car and when it got very very close, he never tried to overlap. Even when I was at half speed in a straight sector. After maybe 4 seconds, the AI car was able to overlap.
What happens when the bug occurs? AI car doesnt overlap correctly
What do you expect to see? AI car should get close, and pass by

    Summarize your bug AI cars will not pass you when they’re not doing a hot lap and end up piling up both next or immediately behind you..
    Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a practice program and drive slowly until an AI car not on hot lap reaches you.
    What happens when the bug occurs? If you speed up they switch to aggressive mode again until they reach you and then will again start piling up instead of just passing you, even if you clearly are letting them through by moving to the side or slowing down heavily, they will even match your speed
    What do you expect to see? Cars should know if you’re doing a hot lap or not and pass you if you’re clearly letting them pass.

    The same happened in 2021. Raised it then too. I've found out isn't as bad in this year's game, but then I've only done four races so far
