I have to correct myself. Earlier this day, I did a race in Spa, and I turned the Flashbacks off. Bug still occurred. I guess it must be a problem with the Broadcast Formation Lap, because when I play Career Mode with Immersive Formation Laps, everything goes fine. Doesn't change the fact that all other issues that I stated in the original post still exist.
