I was surprised to find that melatonin isn't available over the counter in the UK as I'm sure that would help. You can get it on prescription, it could help reset your rhythm
@TotosHeadphonesI’m used to it now tbh and also a lot of feeling physically drained is down to depression. Everything feeds off eachother anxiety feeds insomnia feeds depression feeds anxiety….
