Auto-Pause Needs to Go Away

This also happens if you´re just spectating an online race. It´s extremely annoying for me as I stream and comment active races of my league, and whenever I click outside of the game (for example to change scene, write in the chat or check something else) the game automatically puts me into the pause-menu, which is really annoying and counter productive for streamers. It´s the reason why I went back to stream from the PS with capture card to avoid that problem...
So if there´s an option to turn this off, it would be much appreciated
