Automatic gearbox issue

In automatic gearbox mode, the game change the gear so In "automatic transmission" mode the gears are changed early, thus slowing down my car and not allowing me to have a good speed and playability. Please fix everything... In time trial mode it works very well, despite the same settings, while in the race it gives many problems.
