same problem given by the latest patch 1.06
I was going to try resuming my career after this patch (probably tomorrow as I've been too busy to play lately), but as this is the case, and the game is reportedly more broken now than it was pre-1.06, I don't even want to see for myself. I'm going to have to wait until the next patch and comments on it.
EA/Codies, if you're paying attention, this is how you lose pre-orders next year. Pre-order incentives don't matter for an unplayable game with a history of getting worse with patches; more people are going to take a wait-and-see approach for '23, myself among them.
Totally agree. I was quite enjoying the game until now. It looks like I'll have to put it on a back burner for at least the next few weeks until a fix is implemented.

Yes, this is definitely the same for the upshift tone, it's full revs in 7th.
