autosave not working

Product: F1 22 Platform:PC Summarize your bug Autosave does not work, I try to turn it on in the settings, but it does not work, it keeps on saying "Save failed", so I am forced to continue without...

Did you all purchase the game through Steam like citlecevoli mentioned above, or is this also happening after buying it through Origin or the EA app?
