Community ManagerThere is an error message regarding a Windows Update near the start of the video.
Check if the issue remains after you fully update Windows.
A couple more things to also try:
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

The windows error has been there since the beginning, and I have updated to the latest version of windows (I know in the video it shows the update icon in my window tray, and I did perform the update after I recorded this video), so I'm not sure what's causing that message to pop up.

I ran the Windows file checker, and that returned with no file integrity violations.
I also performed a clean boot before starting the game, and I still have every single problem as before.
@EA_Barry I was able to fix this problem by deleting the contents of the hardware settings folder...however, I have submitted a new bug report for another problem that I've had since the release of the game, https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Frame-rate-lowers/m-p/11936580#M7677
