Claire was fine but it ended up just a monotonous monologue. It would be good if it was reimagined and refined.
The press interviews do play a part in real F1 but I think its harder to create that sense of importance in a game. Its more challenging for the game devs to get it right. The real drivers and press knows what factually happened post race whereas the game developer has to programme and account for all scenarios pre race.
I enjoyed Claire when she arrived in 2018 but every season was a rinse and repeat. Maybe she can be brought back as part of the media PR section of the my team mode?
BTW Binky, well done on your other topic. I seen EA's Rephii's response. Hopefully in the future we will see more of our sisters present. The Womens Club Football is being introduced to FIFA 23. It will have the English and French fair maidens at launch and more to be added later.
If EA can do it with their Fifa series then why not F1?

Ok so there seems to be quite a bit of push back with having Claire return. So maybe either the devs could "Flesh her out" to be better responsive, or have her "optional" so you can skip the interviews, but they had better make Will skippable as well XD
@BinkyStriderOne other benefit of not having those interviews is probably saving game spaces, just look at how much bigger the file size F1 2021 is compare with 2020 and 2022 with the Braking Point nonsense...they definitely need a good reason to bring something similar back.
I will confess to being a sucker for a woman with a scottish accent, so maybe I am biased, but if Claire did what she was supposed to do, morale and rivalries, and was more aware of what just happened on track, she would be a far better game element than F1 Life.

GT7 was a whopping 109 GB (V 1.19). I thought it would never finish downloading. I think it took me 2 full days.@ALittleTiger7Considering new Jeff uses every line old Jeff uses abs race introductions say the same exact thing along with hearing Aston Martin have had a good weekend as they make there way up the table after every race. I very much doubt making press interviews better is even on a future to do list.
And I’d rather trey concentrated on making all this better rather than wasting time trying to find new pointless rubbish. But as a annual game it’s as though they are scared that they will be criticised for not adding anything fresh or not being inventive enough. It’s a F1 game base on F1. Real life f1 rules constantly change but F1 is what it’s always been. Fastest cars racing round in circles. There isn’t much scope for new things: so just make what’s good better year on year

It would be good if we could have newspaper clippings of our highs and lows throught our careers and they get saved in a file. Maybe Claire could be involved in writing the articles. I dont mean in standard email form but proper visual images in fake titled magazines and newspapers. It could serve as a timeline of your career.
