Bugged Delta under VSC/SC causing huge controversies multiplayer

Summarize your bug I think the bug is cross platform. The delta under VSC is so bugged, sometimes it goes immediately 5-10 seconds red and you have no chance of slowing down enough and get a DT penalty. Other times you are suddenly 12 seconds down on your delta and you can simply go flat out under VSC. Its really annoying and a huge issue causing controversies in league racing. Seen it in multiple leagues now that people got Drive thrus for something they had no influence over. Really fix it please.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? No
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn on VSC and see the delta.
What happens when the bug occurs? Drive thrus getting ditched around or delta so far in the green everybody just goes flat and still cant catch up on the time.
What do you expect to see? a fix maybe? its a massive issue in league racing.
