Can someone from EA please update us all with some sort of solution for this bug? It always occurs in two player career mode and is always the race after a sprint weekend. So for example, this occurs at Miami (the race after Imola sprint), France (the race after Austria sprint) and I’m sure when we eventually get there it will occur again in Abu Dhabi (the race after Brazil sprint). This also only occurs to the (non host only). The host player is not affected at all from my experience. As we have 6 sprint races in the next game, this is incredibly worrying. Please ensure this is resolved for the new game.
@IanM282Yeah I’ve explained this to EA and passed on videos from content creators co-op careers weeks back. So Codemasters are aware. Fun fact they did fix it in last patch. But all the fix did is give the same problem to Ai cars aswell. So only the host gets a normal tyre strategy 🤷🏻♂️. So guess best work around is for the host to do select a 4 stop strategy

I just bought this game to play two player career, and it's literally unplayable.
We cannot start the race for miami because my friend has no mandatory tires to select from after the last sprint race. They were also unable to do practice 3, as they had no tires there either.
Now I find out THIS BUG HAS EXISTED FOR 5 MONTHS????
EA come on... I just got burned with battlefield 2042 that always crashed when sundance is on the screen with the radeon vii graphics card.
Quality going downhill. Too busy making F1 23 to fix newly introduced game breaking bugs in F1 22?
Edit: turns out you don't get disqualified if you use the default strategy, though it's still a major disadvantage
What also works is putting for inters en then he says: Pit strategy complete. * up
It’s so incredibly disappointing that this is still not resolved? It’s been going on now for way to long and is seriously impacting the integrity of any two player career games.
Can anyone from EA please confirm that this tyre bug will at least not happen in the next game? And a solution has been found? With 6 sprint races in 2023 the same tyre bug problem would be a calamity.
