Bugged tyre strategy, no mandatory tyre - cant start a race

Summarize your bug Hi everyone. Just want to allert you on the fact that the glitch containing of mass dsq of AI and bugged tyre strategies is still in the game even after 1.16 patch. I posted about it in my original bug report but noone from the devs is replying there so I tought I would post a new one to catch your attentio. Me and my friend tried to run our coop raceand my friend still has this bugged strategies like no stop and pit in lap -2 or stint without any tyres. We started the race by me pressing the start and after the countdown the race started despite him unable to start it manually becuase "he didnt select the mandatory tyre". The AI then started to go to pits in lap 4 for new softs then 3 laps later again. We run 25% race in Canada so there is really no point for all cars to change to new softs every 3 laps... (the damage is off). I as a coop host dont have this bugged strategies and disqaulification threat at the end of the race just my friend and AI. The gitch is appearing for a lot of people even after the update so its clear it was not sorted out. It appear in a main race in sprint weekend and in the race weekend after. For us it was Imola and Canada for others its other races based on their calendar. It wasnt appearing before 1.15 patch and it isnt fixed after 1.16 patch. The christmass is coming so we majority of people experiencing this issue would like to play this game during holiday when they have time of but now we cant. Hope you guys fix it asap. Thanks

What happens when the bug occurs? AI and my friend in coop get this bugged strategies like no stop or a 4 stop in 25% race and then get dsq at the end for not using mandatory tyre.
What do you expect to see? Normal strategies and no dsq when using 2 tyre compounds
