can f1 22 player on origin play together with players on steam

i have been trying to play with my friends on steam for ages, but nobody shows up even though we are friends on steam and origin. When i bought the game i exspected that origin and steam would work together as they did in fifa 22, where i could play with friends on steam

    @Dripping-RainZ im having the same problem i bought the f1 22 game on origin because of an online offer and im currently trying to play with my friends on steam but its not posibble i aswell thought that people would be able to play with each other on pc regardless
