Cannot find the way to contact support

Hello, 

I have a very particular case that i need to speak to support but ofc ea support is a constant circle around itself with no way to reach an actual person.

the Contact us link leads back to itself and none of the ways it describes can help as like i said i have a very particular case.

Can a support person please contact me so we can open a bloody case like any normal company does?
