Can't continue co-op season (stuck at season break)

    I had this problem but fixed it. You both need to advance to season break then the person who IS NOT hosting closes their game while the HOST just waits for them to re-join. Then it will advance

    me and my mate just finished a season we are on the 5 season and we singed to our teams and when we left we know can advance
