Can't start a race in career mode

Product: F1 22
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Can't start a race in career mode or my team, no matter what track or team.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just make a career save, skip practise and qualifying doesn't matter if you do them or not, when the race loads, game crashes.
What happens when the bug occurs? when the race loads from the loading screen and the intro starts with the cinematic camera (some times I can skip this), gets abought 1-2 secs in and it crash's, the send crash report menu pops up then the game closes.
What do you expect to see? it should play the intro then put me on the grid.

I've tried ever car at every track know took a long time, some times I can get to the grid and start but it crashes very quickly in to the race.

    I may of found the problem.

    The hot laps and f2 career as well as the single races in f1 my CPU his 70-80% load, but in career f1 its at 100% all the time.

    If I run at very high settings I get 140 fps and the game crashes but very low it runs at 300 fps but it works with my CPU at 90%, my GPU never go over 30% so its a CPU issue.

    I have a i7-9700k running at 4.5GHz.
