    If the car is beached on the kerb and the rear wheels aren't touching the floor any more (can't tell from the screenshot), that's an intentional feature this year.

    If you're playing the game realistically you'd need to retire from the race (DNF), or if you're not fussed, you can use the menu to reset to track and keep going.

    However, if the car's simply stuck on the kerb, with the tires connected to the surface, then that would be a bug, but I think what you're describing sounds like you're beached instead.
