Summarize your bug I added Mika Häkkinen to the list of possible riders in a My Team save with the in-game email. Then i did a speed zone challenge with a supercar and after that when the game returned to the career menu, the game crashed. Now the My Team save doesn't load anymore and causes a crash every time.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a MyTeam save.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes like 3-4 seconds later
What do you expect to see? Being able to load/play/ a MyTeam save again
I've seen others with the same problem on different platforms and on different moments during a season/career.
Exaxtly the same issue here. I've created a post for it and had a reply saying they're looking into it.

I know it was posted back in October but my f1 is not totally unplayable SP wise because it crashes soon as I load anything in my team
- @Miky_danger97 I have got the same issue, however I never added in any AI. I just quit my team did a time trial and now it crashes when loading my team back up. Ive tried reinstalling the game but no joy. JBMS-JGAS-BCJV-CGTE is my code.
- @HSIMS123456 I did confirm the in game emails adding in the helmets and stuff though.
