Thanks. I hope this gets sorted ASAP. It seems like it has something to do with the Mika Hakkinen update because it doesn't affect any other modes including Driver Career.
Same issue here. I claimed the Mika emails yesterday after playing in MyTeam, played Driver Career yesterday too closed down and saved ok. Today I loaded MyTeam (Barcelona) and ran the Supercar Challenge (Autocross). It crashed just after I accepted the gold prize at the end. Restarted game, now I can't load MyTeam without it crashing.
XBox One S here btw.
Thanks for the posts, I was going to do the painful thing and delete the save to start MyTeam again (2nd season, I really don't want to loose it).
Hopefully this will get patched fast.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know we're working on getting this fixed. We aim to have this resolved in the next couple days.The Griddy podium celebration and Mika Hakkinen will also be made available to all players through an in-game message alongside this fix. Apologies for the delay.
How much longer before we get to play my team career mode again any more news on fix release please reply
