Cars on equal performance not equal ?

@Zztuf So you are correct that all cars under "equal performance" use the same data file that determines the performance.. Aero, Suspension, tyre grip etc.. all the same for each car and indeed the visuals dont matter in 99% of all racing games out there because the visuals could be a literal wall which has certain attribute and if these attribute are 100% downforce and 0 drag then a wall will give you the best performance in the game..
Or again in short - visuals dont matter one bit in the F1 games in terms of car performance!
HOWEVER Esports guys said years ago that even with equal cars enabled there were small differences between the cars, somewhere i heard it was the "background data" so each car feels individual, so some data simulating chassis differences which for whatever reason cant be replicated by Center of Mass means etc.. dont take this as guaranteed, its just what i heard and it makes sense to me as i still feel like there are oversteery/understeery differences between the cars even under "equal performance", to me most notable between Ferrari (oversteery) and RB (understeery).. So if i were to guess id say there is some background chassis COM (center of mass) data which still differs even with equal performance, makes a minor difference though
