The fact that people do always have opinion and don't even know about the situation tells a lot about people.
I'm running a league and couple of people are complaining about him.
Thats why i don't want judge that early and want to investigate it till i got 100% proof.

i did already but he didn't give any footage

Imo if they cant it's a non issue.......what are you supposed to do get rid of people based on opinions?
Lay down The Law....if they cant provide footage dont accuse anybody.
You simply cant enforce rules without info.
