China and Portugal

Why aren't China and Portugal included in the actual game after being advertised in the features trailer? You can see them both here on this video https://youtu.be/YgOi41qmlc4?t=94

@Meza994 They had to train AI because otherwise in the trailer it could not have appeared

I don't think there was any gameplay for these tracks though?
