Cold tires after formation lap again after patch 1.14

Summarize your bug I head up my tires up to about 85°C in formation lap. At start my tyre tempretaure drop/reset to 70°C, that's why I lost many places at start of a league race. It looks like I was the only one at front with cold tires at start ☹️

What happens when the bug occurs? After formation lap tire temperature drop or reset to 70°C at start
What do you expect to see? Tire temperature at start should be the same as at the end of formation lap
