Since I havent heard anything different yet, I would assume that it will remain as it was in F1 2021.
I had a rule for myself to make it a bit more interesting: I may only move to teams, which had at least one car behind me in points and I always have to ask for the highest risk compensation. Was not perfect, but worked for me.
