Connection issues

Can't seem to connect to F1 22, keep getting an error code 26314071469:S, went on the live chat and they said there's "no known issues with the servers", sent them a report of there defo being issues, who else is having this problem? Wanna get this somewhat popular so they do actually look at this problem, hope they havent forgotten about this game just because its not F1 24 lol
