I've added another video to the 1st post (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1712869850) that makes it as clear as it can be through a Twitch stream. There are massive stutters and tears - most noticeable when turning and facing the sides of the track. The video is supposed to be 120 FPS encoded in 60, but it looks more like ~30.

@ScarDuck14 as I said above, it still happens with the virtual mirror and all ghost cars disabled, and with the default camera settings. The only fix is restarting the game. After restarting it, if it runs normally, I can keep everything turned on and even widen the FOV and it doesn't affect performance.
I also noticed that if I enable VRR on the TV while the game is not running smoothly, there's a lot of flashing in menus and the brightness seems to fluctuate during gameplay, matching the stutters.

@REDRA-11If I force vrr I just get the loading screen flashing.
Sorry can’t help you with this. I’m clean out off suggestionsOther than FOV. I run -10 to -15. It’s a long shot Decreasing it will slightly slow everything down. Which may help refresh 🤷♂️
